The Natural - It is amazing how the legacy of Roy Hobb and the New York Knights endures. Based on Bernard Malamud's 1952 novel, the 1984 "The Natural" film follows the exploits of Roy Hobbs, a near has-been ballplayer with a mysterious past. Even though Hobbs, the Knights, and "Wonderboy" are fictional, fans of the film are as knowledgeable about the details of this story as are the fans of any "real" team. Therefore, we treat our New York Knights reproductions with the same care.
