The Pirates play their last game at Forbes Field in 1970. Many memorable moments in Pirates history include Bill Mazeroski's homer that ended the 1960 World Series. Great names such as Honus Wagner, Harold 'Pie' Traynor, Paul "Big Poison" Waner and Lloyd "Little Poison" Waner and Hazen 'Kiki" Cuyler played at Forbes. The late Roberto Clemente provided the excitement and enthusiasm for the game in the 70's to make the Pirates contenders.
